Again one of the City of Ryde’s major cultural nurturing events has arrived -the Eisteddfod. This year the MWRPA sponsored the Humorous Verse 12years and Under. There were 8 entries in this category, and the adjudicator Mr Paul Marsh, said that the standard was high and very entertaining.
Our winner was Alexander Marsh. Alex has been learning speech and drama for 7 years with Mrs Jan Creer, and enjoys public performance very much. He is in year 7 at William Clarke College Kellyville. His younger brother prefers dance for his self-expression. Congratulations to Alex and we hope he continues to shine.
